Rixon Hair is a Brisbane based haircare brand founded in 2000 by Brad & Sharon Rixon. Through the brand, Sharon and Brad have created an approach to hairdressing that reinforces an understated aesthetic, dedicated to creating the highest level of craftsmanship. do you offer consultations?

Of course we do! We believe it is important to have a thorough consultation before any service. This allows us to get to know you, what you like and what you don’t, understand your hair history and your desired result. We recommend parking in the following car parks. Remember to book online in advance for a better rate.

do I need to confirm my booking?

We have an automated confirmation system that will send you a message 3-4 days prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, if appointments are not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment, then we reserve the right to offer your appointment to someone else.

do I need to pay a deposit?

New clients are required to pay a deposit to secure all appointments that exceed 1 hr, this also includes clients who have not seen us within the last 12 months. This deposit can be paid over the phone at time of booking and is redeemable at your appointment.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

what payment methods do you accept in store?

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay and Zip.

can I get a quote before my appointment?

Absolutely- to request a price estimate please submit this form and our team will be in touch with you shortly.

confirming your appointment

We automatically send out confirmation messages 3-4 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. Unfortunately, if appointments are not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment, then we reserve the right to offer your appointment to someone else. Please also ensure your contact details are kept up to date.

late cancelations

Late cancellations are appointment cancelled within 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Please know that we do operate with a long waiting list and late cancellations do not allow us enough time to offer your appointment to another client. Please understand that we are a small business and late cancellations, and no shows are a loss of business for us. Persistent failure to confirm/attend your appointments will result in deposits being enforced for all future bookings.

adjustment policy

We are confident that you will love your new hair, however we do have a 2-week adjustment policy if there is something you would like adjusted. Please know we do not offer refunds. A consultation will be required prior to your adjustment appointment to ensure enough time will be allocated for you.
