At Rixon Hair, we believe in transparent colour pricing, which is why we’ve partnered with Vish—a smart colour system that tracks every gram of product used during your service. Each appointment includes a standard amount of colour in the price. If your hair requires more, Vish measures exactly how much extra is used, so you only pay for what you need. No surprises—we’ll always let you know if there’s any adjustment to your service total.
By reducing product waste and charging fairly, we’re not only caring for your hair- we are also doing our part for the planet.
terms and conditions
Please be aware that the prices on our website are an estimate only. Extra charges may occur for longer / thicker hair.
New clients are required to pay a deposit to secure all appointments that exceed 1 hr, this also includes clients who have not seen us within the last 12 months. This deposit can be paid over the phone at time of booking and is redeemable at your appointment. If you book online we will contact you to arrange payment over the phone. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
Confirmation messages are sent 3-4 days prior to your upcoming appointment as a reminder. If your booking is not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment, then we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and offer the time to another client.
Please understand that late cancellations / or no shows are a loss of business for us and we have many clients waiting for appointment times.
