Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that the prices on our website are an estimate only.  Extra charges may occur for longer / thicker hair.

New clients are required to pay a deposit to secure all appointments that exceed 1 hr, this also includes clients who have not seen us within the last 12 months. This deposit can be paid over the phone at time of booking and is redeemable at your appointment. If you book online we will contact you to arrange payment over the phone. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Confirmation messages are sent 3-4 days prior to your upcoming appointment as a reminder. If your booking is not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment, then we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and offer the time to another client. 

Please understand that late cancellations / or no shows are a loss of business for us and we have many clients waiting for appointment times. Thank you for your continued support to our small business.
